For the contractual year 2010-2011 all payment are due “by semester”. First semester payment will be due in August, before move in. Second payment due in January, before the start of the Spring semester.

Apartment communities traditionally raise rates on an annual basis to account for the increase in the cost of living. Please keep in mind CMRC rates are considerably lower than other rental properties in the area. Also your payment includes ALL utilities which are not typically included.

No, all residents must have a current or zero balance to be eligible to sign a contract for the upcoming year.
