For the contractual year all payments are due “by semester”. First semester payment will be due in August, before move in. Second payment due in January, before the start of the Spring semester.

All residents of CMRC must have accumulative GPA of 2.3 and 24 earned credit hours accepted by Bowie State, and must be cleared judicially w/ the University.

Everyone has 48 hours to cancel their contract after signing. After the 48 hours has expired. You will be bound to the contract agreement.

Yes they do. The same rules and guidelines apply for housing and visitation as they do in the traditional residence halls on campus.

Apartment communities traditionally raise rates on an annual basis to account for the increase in the cost of living. Please keep in mind CMRC rates are considerably lower than other rental properties in the area. Also your payment includes ALL utilities which are not typically included.

No, all residents must have a current or zero balance to be eligible to sign a contract for the upcoming year.

Yes, all current residents not staying in their same bedrooms must move out at the end of their contract on July 31st.
