Important Items to Remember Before
Signing a Licensing Agreement:
All current rental accounts must be paid to date or have a zero balance.
Resident must have 24 credit hours earned.
Resident is required to have and maintain a 2.3 or higher GPA.
Have your student ID# ready (this is the number on your student account, not the number on your Bowie Card).
Your complete application packet must be turned into our office.
All Guaranty of Leases must include a copy of the Guarantor's Driver's License/State Issued ID card or must be notarized.
