No. Housing charges for ELLC and CMRC do not appear in Bulldog Connection. These communities are managed separately by Capstone On-Campus Management (COCM) and operate under a different billing process.
Where can I see my housing charges for ELLC or CMRC?
Your housing charges can be viewed only through your CMRC resident portal. This portal is where you’ll find your balance, due dates, and payment options.

No. Because CMRC is billed separately from BSU, financial aid is not automatically applied to your housing charges.
How does my financial aid get applied to my housing balance?
- First, BSU applies to your financial aid toward tuition and mandatory fees.
- If there is excess aid remaining, BSU will post a temporary housing charge on your Bulldog Connection account.
- This allows your excess aid to be sent to COCM and applied toward your ELLC or CMRC balance.
What happens if my financial aid doesn’t cover my entire CMRC balance?
If your excess aid does not fully cover your housing charges, you must pay the remaining balance out of pocket through your resident portal.
Why do I see a CMRC charge on my Bulldog Connection account?
That charge represents the amount of financial aid BSU is sending to COCM for your housing costs. After BSU finalizes aid disbursements, COCM receives the payment and posts it to your housing account. There may be a short delay between when the charge appears in Bulldog Connection and when it is reflected in your resident portal.
